The following was again before the House: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(RLS) am Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to redistricting and reapportionment of the legislature; repealing obsolete language setting out the apportionment schedule used to elect members of the first state legislature. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(JUD) (same title) Representative Mulder placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 44(RLS) am, thus adopting SCS CSHJR 44(JUD)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHJR 44(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
